All people have the capacity for healing and growth.
Sometimes we just need help clearing out barriers to change.

The treatment utilizes bilateral stimulation of the brain (through eye movements, tapping, and other form of stimulation) to assist in reducing the distress associated with prior adverse experiences. Inner Resource Counseling specializes in the use of EMDR with individuals who have experienced trauma during perinatal period (preconception, pregnancy, postpartum).
